Hello,

As this was an obvious rule break, this report will be handled without (rafa)'s input, as stated in the rules, you may not kill law enforcement officers for simply giving you or your friends a ticket.

[2.2] Player versus Player

1. You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or organization/party members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.
