Request Reason: RDM in the supermarket parking lot, I was a detective sitting in the parking lot in my car when all of a sudden this guy comes from behind his car and opens fire on me. Joesphi orders me out of the car but gives me literally no time to get out and then shoots me

I had the deagle, I said hands up he drove back. I was not the 1 who opened fire with the mac-11. I said hands up in which he drove back. If you got out of the car and not drove back, you would have been alive, (well kidnapped) Also not to be snitching, @RickyBombastic had the mac. In life, or at least people who want to live do, you would have left the vehicle, not drove back. You were not in danger of getting a parking ticket for not being in a parking space. I only shot 1 bullet after you drove back. We were also getting our crew ready here with firearms to raid the bank, in which you arrived and decided to have you're gun out when there is no reason to. You had it out, pointed it at a few people, put it on safety, got in the car and got shot down, then was told hands up. He was resisting the kidnapping/interrogation, reason of spying on us. I am not able to watch the video because the image lags. I am going of memory

That is false, I did not point my gun at anyone as I had it on safety the whole time. You all knew I was a cop since your crew kept saying Narc narc narc in the text chats and even saw me use my keys in front of you and get into my cop cruiser. Just because someone has their gun on safety doesn't mean you can shoot them

You also gave me pretty much no time between you telling me to get out of the car and then shooting me which is seen in the first video

Yes I had begun driving backwards before you finished saying out of the car and when you finished saying that I stopped as seen in the video, yet you still shot me.

Besides the point, I still don't believe you and your crew had a valid reason to kill me. Just because I was a guy with a deagle out on safety in public doesn't mean you can kill me. That would mean that if you saw anyone with a gun on safety you can kill them

I never pointed it or threatened anyone with it as seen in the clips and you knew I was a cop since you and you friend saw me use my keys to enter the cop vehicle and then shoot me after using text chat saying narc narc etc.

Aswell in honesty, I hardly gave a shit about him being there, when tgu opened fire on him, for them not to get a RDM ban, I tried doing it in rp. We were told on radio to not get cop attention, not being fallowed. I wanted my former crew to not get banned for the rdm. I hardly had ammo to do a shoot out. I wanted it to go peacefully. comms taken and left. Also brad, telling him to leave after shots being fired is stupid. Thats a auto code red. That would jeopardize the raid. We were also told on radio that if any cops show up, the member that brought them would be kicked out. I wanted to ziptie him, take his comms and threaten him not to fallow us. But he decided to drive away. I am ready for any punishment you may give out to me. I saw nothing wrong with trying to spook him. I have no clue why he was shot upon by the mac 11. I also apologize if the other party lost anything if I was wrong in trying to get him out of the car.

He was deliberately trying to collect evidence and was going to follow us so I didnt want to take any chances. I also have video from our POV.
