At this point you kept targeting me and kept coming back to ticket me, so I shot you I am sorry for this one but you gotta understand that you tried to ticket me atleast 10 times.

As an officer I have to arrest a person each time they break the law. You kept breaking the law with your reckless driving hence. Despite tickets, you were exploiting the system to avoid getting tickets but Mr.Alex couldn't take that into consideration in his final conclusion of the report I made and so left it for the Upper Management to deal with it. There was no specific target. I ticket whoever breaks the law. Done.

If you get a ticket once, does not mean you expelled for getting another ticket if you break the law again as repeated offences.

After reviewing the report it was clear that this player killed you for ticketing him, which is against the rules. @den1386 if Xarion kept targeting you, make a report, and let staff deal with it, do not take matters into your own hands. Due to the player admitting to their rule break this report is concluded.
