yeah the thing is though whoever your friend is i never pointed a gun at anyone so whoever you had kos on wasnt me

Buhbye, while dead, finds out he may need to leave shortly
Neko gets car pinched at Casino
Neko and Buhbye argue in PMs
Neko Respawns, leaves the hospital
Buhbye also respawns, and within 22 seconds, is told by a friend who no one knows who is that someone in a brown hoodie pointed a gun at them, and decides that this person at hospital must be them, and kills them, getting into a combat situation that he knows he has a decent chance of needing to get off shortly after, and also that time he needs to get off happens to be 10 seconds after he started killing him.

Does any of this sound incorrect?

[2.2.5] Reasons for killing another player last until your character dies (NLR), you become aware that the other party has died (NLR), or until one hour has passed since the cause of the reason occurred.
[2.2.1] You may not kill or knock out players without a valid In-Character reason.
[2.1.8] You may not disconnect to avoid a role-play situation. You must contact ingame staff and be granted permission incase you want to leave during an active role-play situation.
[2.1.9] You may not deposit stolen money, items, or weapons to your bank account or stashes immediately after a robbery, raid, or simple theft, nor may you deposit a weapon immediately after drawing it or last using it. In all cases, you must wait 10 minutes before doing so.

After reviewing the comments in this thread, and a bit of discussion with @Anthony over Discord DMs, I've come to the following conclusions. I cannot without doubt say that it was an intentional RDM, as I do not have evidence to prove or deny the existence of this supposed mystery individual or their callouts, but regardless, that situation will be voided anyways on account of Neko having died and thus any KOS no longer being valid. As for Combat Logging- @Anthony knew they would have to go before engaging the combat situation and still decided to not only engage in it, but also loot the situation before immediately disconnecting. The reason for leaving was, as far as I can tell, legitimate, but also known before you engaged in combat. As a result @Anthony will receive 2 Warning Points for LTARP.

Since the situation will be voided, you are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
-From what I can see this would include:

• H&K UMP .45
• One Electric Stove
• One Lockpick
• $604 in hospital fees.
