Your evidence to support your claim: This guy randomly starts to shoot me for no reason when I'm messing around with Credence, these guys come up to me and start shooting me for no reason, I started to shoot back to defend myself from being RDMed and then I kill him, and his "friend" randomly killed me for no reason.
