What happened: I was rdmed while being detained by cops. I was falsely cuffed under pretenses that were made up by a player already banned today for similar offenses, and the cops were saying that I couldn't be searched because they had no cause. @Shimax told me I could get all of my items refunded already.

After picking all this up, I was detained outside after a Subscriber to my channel told the cops I was making Cocaine in my apartment and had evidence for it (this was impossible because he had never been in my apt, only in my stream minutes before this, so he was metagaming) and I was killed by him while detained.

Just saying you did in fact call the cops I killed you for snitching on me. You could have done a massive threat to me by getting me arrested. I would also like to add, if you watch the video he picks up his gas stove which is in the house. I was not metagaming. You said to me before "I never do LSD/WEED you were making something up there and I said cocaine.

EDIT: The funny thing is that you did not want to add the part where in the sit you said "I did not call the cops" But in which the stream shows that you did call the cops. Your story changed 2 times that you did and didin't call the cops.

I never said I had evidence. You said you had evidence I did not. I also did not mean to swat him IRL. That is why I used Imessage ingame meaning that the cops would raid his base with the drugs. He also told the Police " Hi Im the 911 caller. Its that guy right there and used his physgun to point at me showing the cops who i am

I can confirm all of the items listed were lost. But a few notes:

While making cocaine? They can search you under suspicion of you making drugs.

Just saying you did in fact call the cops I killed you for snitching on me

I mean, you wouldn't have much knowledge of this IC. For all you know, it could have been a coincidence. Just because cops turned up doesn't mean he called them.

Plus, you communicated to him in his twitch chat frequently. This suggests that you were stream sniping him.

They had no suspicion of me making drugs. A random guy on the street saying I'm making cocaine is not enough evidence to gain unauthorized entry to my property or search me. Sorry, I don't mean they were made up specifically, but there was no possible way of verifying that in character without metagaming.

I forgot if I did call the cops or not, and Shimax said there were no logs of me calling the cops so I went went with that. You've stream sniped and RDMed on my stream before, and you've already made two more Twitch accounts to snipe me with after being banned. You raided my apartment with cops outside on main street. That's why they had a response time to my "call" of 2 seconds. You were typing in my chat literally a minute before you started the random raid on my apartment. Stream sniping isn't cool, dawg.

Again, the call that I thought wasn't yours was yours. I heard over radio about 3 people who were responding to the call after a sugar.co raid had ended about 3 minutes later.

No, I havent personally reported the RDMing on my stream before because it wasn't done to me, but it has been reported by the person that was RDMed. I'm not arguing against anything here, I was told to make a refund request and I did. We already settled the situation in a sit, I'm simply making a refund request as I was told to do. I don't get what the arguing is. This isn't a player report on uwu or a staff member, so I don't really get what your goal is here.

Also, yeah I did pick up the gas stove later. Don't give that back to me. I think I have the cooking pot too. I'll go back and remove those from the list.

We aren't, we're clearing a few things up to make it easier for management.

Don't feel like I'm targeting you here. I'm simply asking a few questions to make it easier for management. Only thing is, it's hard to deal with stream snipers without a report being made at the time.

Now, I don't really see RDM too clear due to the fact that you called the police (snitching) but it's what lead to your death. Some random person that came up to you somehow knew you were making cocaine hence why I advised to made a refund request if you feel it was unjust.

This is up to management now.
