What happened: I got RDMmed by a random guy for "snitching" on him @friskiemar can approve

Yea he was rdm'ed for "snitching" when I was in character as a sherrif. He told me that the rdm'er had tried to steal my car, and i said thanks but im not going to do anything about it since i didnt see anything happen. i leave, he equips a gun and kills him without any warning. When i spoke to the lad in the sit, he simply said snitching. And I told him he cannot do that, he could have mugged him or kidnapped him.
