Well, since your boy here didn't include the WHOLE situation I have it.

The dude in the black car was driving around ramming us constantly. As seen in the video I say "I'm going to kill you if you ram us again" He then rams us again, and instead of shooting him instantly like a minge I say get out of the car. He is clearly under fear rp due to all of us having guns on him and yet he decides to reverse and try to hit us. He cannot claim he was "trying to get out". The vehicle was completely stopped when we initiate so simply he had to hold E and get out. But rather he decided to reverse and spin around? Not sure how this is an offense on my part.

[2.4] FearRP

1. You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, such as when you are being held at gunpoint. Roleplay should reflect on how you would approach a similar situation in real-life.
2. You may not draw or equip your weapon while under FearRP by at least two or more civilians. FearRP applies when you are exposed to at least two or more held (actively held, not in holster/on back) weapons, whereof at least one is directly pointed at you / off safety.
3. FearRP does not apply when you are put at gunpoint, or in striking distance of a melee weapon by less than two civilians. If there are less than two civilians you may try to run or fight back. If you have your weapon out (on safety or off safety), you are always allowed to attack players who aim straight at you - independent of how many they are.
4. You can only be put under FearRP by individuals within your close vicinity (Voice Range).
5. When any police deputies have you at gunpoint, FearRP applies at all times. This however excludes Detectives.
6. FearRP only applies for vehicles if the driver is placed at gunpoint by the driver-side window. Any other instance does not constitute FearRP for the driver, and the driver and the vehicles passengers may flee.
7. When under FearRP, you must obey orders given to you as long as they are within server rules.

While not the kindest thing to call someone, it is not racist. Also, it was in character. As far as your claim that we didn't have you under fear rp, I had my weapon pointed at your drivers side window. I told you I would kill you, and by ramming our car again you did not value your life. Then by driving around instead of getting out you not only broke fear rp, but it was also fail rp/nitrp/ftvl. I have made my points that I will be making and will no longer be responding to this unless it is responding to staff. Have a good day

@LosoLoaded, @Tony told you that if you rammed their car again he would kill you. You decided to ignore that warning and continued to intentionally ram their car and they killed you shortly after for that reason.
