Dear @Huggable henry, Bobert & @IXDarknessXI,

Following a review of the provided statements and video, a conclusion has been made. In short, the raiding party made a surprise sneak attack without properly assessing whether there was a valid threat to cause harm. The video shows both people killed had no weaponry equipped nor could be considered a threat with their actions at that time. The video was provided as a DEMO that was edited, the text says killed so they couldn't get inside the base. In conclusion, I do not see a valid reason for the raiders to open fire and cause harm.

Rule Reference:

4.2.8 (Killing during raids)
Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat, and you may kill everyone that has not visibly surrendered inside it.
