So first off he raided my gangs house and 1 of my friends had a gun and tried to shoot him. I had my hands up the hole time, and he still killed me. whitch is against the rules. (can find the rule if you want me too)
the second time he told me to jump into the water and kill myself even tho I complied. he made my friend kill himself and he shot me for not doing it.

1. Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, it is reasonable to enter with the intent to kill. For example, if anyone at the targeted property has a weapon equipped, the base as a whole constitutes a legitimate threat and you may kill everyone that has not visibly surrendered inside it.

I had my hands up and he still shot me and as it says "that has not visibly surrendered inside it."

Notes: He should not have killed you with your hands up, that is clearly surrendering. You would not have been able to pull a gun on them as it would have broken FearRP. You disobeyed his command's to jump into the water and were killed given reasonable amount of time to acknowledge and react. Jumping into that section of the lake is not a guranteed death, and you should have complied.
