(Since the person being reported is already banned there isn't much more I can do about that now. However I am going to keep the report open for the sake of the two people mentioned.)

Look, I’m not gonna beat around the bush here. I was trying to have fun since it was very late at night for me and the server pop was dead at the time. Boris was the only cop on the server and I had no intentions of baiting him into a fight, and neither did @Wolv but he can explain himself as I’m only speaking for me. I’m sure Boris didn’t care I had a shotgun out since we were all chill just talking to each other until the person who was reported for this situation came up and rdm’d him. I even bought Boris premium after that situation since he was in need of it.

Hello apologies I read this when I woke up but I was late to school and had to get going.

Now that I am home and have time to explain as it has already been stated it was late night mono probably a population no larger than 20 or 30 and though that is no excuse, with no staff on there is a lot of gun fights on the server. As it was really late night and this was a bit ago I can't recall every detail but its for to assume that I had a gun on my back from a recent shoot out and either forgot to unequip or was at the park in order to unequip and be safe from mugging, I can assure you that I was not looking for a gunfight with cops and was not trying to cop bait what so ever and it is my apologies for having the gun on my back.

Inciting the RDM: Honestly in my opinion saying that im the reason he got rdmed just sounds knit picky to me. To any person I could ask its pretty apparent that me saying "do it oliver do it" in the tone I was saying I was most obviously jokingly saying it until he actually did it. I have no idea why you're bringing this into it when it is pretty apparent that im jokingly saying it, I guess I should change my tone next time or something. Even if I wasn't joking and Oliver still did it is it really my fault that he pulled the trigger? Don't believe so... At the end of the day he makes the decision on whether or not hes gonna rdm the cop. I know if I had someone in my ear in a jokingly tone telling me to jump off a bridge I would not jump of the bridge because I can use my own judgment to make a right or wrong decision.

Would like to add that this would be the first time im sure many people including myself have ever heard of someone getting accused of "inciting RDM". If im at town hall and i shit talk someone and they rdm me, am i responsible now since i "incited" an rdm? If you're going to be nit picky about an undocumented rule at least make sure someone apart from you knows about its existence.

I am not saying you were the primary cause of him being shot in this instance. I just wanted to know why you told the reported player to 'do it'. For al I know you could have been in on it or just at the wrong place at the wrong time.

It is true that it isn't your most common rulebreak but regardless it is a thing.

In Summary:

- Since the Reported player is already banned there isn't a lot that can be done.
- For the other players involved I would just like to say that even if the server is low pop you shouldn't be careless about some rules (like keeping your gun on your back just cause its low pop even though its copbait) I won't punish for it this time however I wish that it doesn't happen again.
