I dont really remember but I know I had KOS on the guy in the car and the person on the ground was his friend that I killed. I saw them telling the detective that it was their friend and they were trying to revive him. I was looking for them for awhile so I new it was my best moment to strike and taking out the detective first was my best option.

yeah the people in the car kept ramming me. And saying they were gonna kill me. I then tried to pull them over at gun point and they drove off saying they were gonna get a gun a kill me.

I wasn't involved in that situation, I haven't seen the car before that scene happened. @Durnsy has to answer for that I guess, just before my video ends you can hear the medic intern saying it's him and someone else saying he's back, but the way they say it it suggest that Berry was the aggressor in the previous encounter (I could be wrong). If that is indeed what happened I still don't understand why it had to be done in the way it happened, he could've picked a better time and place to deal with them, from my point of view it just looked like a massive RDM and it doesn't explain why he had to kill even the medic intern.

I dont know any other way to confirm this other than logs of me taking damage when they rammed me. I dont record my full gameplay anymore because its taking up too much space

Also to add to this I did see in chat that he typed in /gov when I first drove by looking for the people in the white volvo in the video at 0:39. That was me in my red omni

[2.2.4] Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

The detective was not involved in the previous situation that warranted you to have a KOS, so you should had carried it out sensibly so that it wouldn’t impact any unaffected persons.

Be more careful next time.
