A cop dies and calls out front of PD. When I show up you're the only person near the front of PD hence a kill you. Maybe next time you see something you should run away such as a killing. If someone gets shot in front of you in real life you wouldn't just stand over the body and laugh at it, you would run away.

in real life a cop wouldnt walk up to an assumed suspect and with no words gun them down especially when they are absolutely no threat to your life what so ever so hey gets nothings really realistic in this game ey?

After further review, @Destruk you should not have straight up shot @Wolv, he didn't have any weapon on him that would show a an immediate threat to yours and others, my suggested actions was that you could detain him safely and asked him what happened.
