I arrested your friend in my clearly undercover car. I let him go then you continued to chase me down and gun me down. Then knocked me unconscious and waited for me to get up so that you could headshot me and put me on a 4 minute timer. You gave me instructions to surrender but instantly gunned me down. This is considered RDM as you did not give me enough time to respond to your demands.

you where uncosious when i made the demands therefore you shouldnt of been able to hear me, either way i was going to kill you. There is no way for me to know in character that you are a cop since you did not have your lights on and you did not take him to pd you just drove around with him in the car.

You clearly seen I was a police officer as I had my lights on. You were following me and chasing me down. And I did originally try to take your friend to PD until your crew pulled up and chased me away. You knew I was a police officer, not some guy who kidnapped your friend. I let your friend go thus meaning you had no reason to continue your KOS on me.
