Request Reason: So I was leaving casino after making a broadcast about gen taxes. My mayor rating at the time was 49%. A guy in a white volvo stopped me coming out of mechanic to accept his gun license. I said sure. I pulled into casino to park, then i ran into casino main area. After i accepted his license, I told him to take advantage of that 0% tax. I took my keys out to go to my vehicle. Then, without warning of "put your hands up!" or "stop right there!", I was immediately shot without warning. The guy then said "ay thanks for the gun license" while proceeding to headshot me.

I would have completely understood if i didn't follow orders, however there were zero orders to begin with. Just blatant RDM without regard to any roleplay.
