@Arroyo I was a cop at the time we were at gun store shooting at the mayor and ss @LostBlackKid was caught in crossfire.
I believe I have enough information for my decision.
Now for the explanation part. Let's start off with the @LostBlackKid disconnecting to avoid stuff being lost, situation due tend to happen with crossfire, it is roleplay and sometimes unavoidable; however, you may not disconnect to avoid losing items. @Fuskis you may not kill someone for simply disconnecting to avoid roleplay, that is an OOC matter that must be taken up to staff to handle it correctly, if someone disconnects and comes back they are under NLR and can not be killed for what happened previously. You also disconnected 12 seconds after killing @LostBlackKid which is also considered LTARP, after you disconnected you came back and deposited everything without waiting 10 minutes after killing @LostBlackKid which is combat depositing. @LostBlackKid !Pm is considered OOC and you may not talk about IC stuff in them. @Wolv remember that you must wait out the 10 minutes to deposit things after a situation.
@LostBlackKid will receive a 2-day ban for LTARP & 1 WP for Metagaming
@Fuskis will receive a 1-day ban for LTARP & 2 WP for Combat Depositing & RDM
@Wolv will receive a Verbal Warning for Combat depositing
Furthermore, the situation will be voided. You are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here.
