This video clearly shows Boke has broken rule 2.2.13. This rule states:

1. Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.

From what I can tell from the video, an officer was just driving by then was fired upon. Bloke will be receiving a WP for RDM.
