Request Reason: RDMed me while my back was turned in the underground for the bag of goods I had, I was told this was a violation of the rules so I'm making a report. I pulled the steam ID from the video since it was clearly visible as I ran by, and from that was able to use STEAM IO to find them and retrieve the names.

I'll only believe that with video from your side, with audio, since your only communication was "Hey" in text chat as I ran by. Also, aren't we still not supposed to be mugging/raiding each other during this? Combine Vs. Rebels? Right?

After further review, @Walter Scott will receive a 1 WP for RDM, as there was no initiation shown per video. please make sure that when performing actions like this that you're in range so the player being mugged can hear or see.
