Request Reason: RDM, I was walking, never knew this guy, never interacted with him, he runs down the street and kills someone in mayor limo, then turns around and kills me without saying anything. After further pms and reviewing what he quietly said at the end of the clip (didnt hear it at the time) he claimed I mugged him but offered no proof despite me outright telling him I never knew him.

Because of this the kill of @evhn is RDM.
Also your behavior through PMs was not acceptable (this counts to the both of you).
