Well still I had made reports such as this in-game and on the forums, I always win with these reports as it is clearly indicated as server rule that I clearly marked in the report, holding me at gun point as I am currently in possession of the car creates a server violation with that rule. The rule says you may NOT HARM, such as "physical injury, especially that which is deliberately inflicted." I told him I can take him with the car to the impound, but he choose to kill vs being civil.

Despite my saying "I'll wait", rules are rules, He should've read the rules before doing something that would get himself in trouble.

You may not harm a tow truck driver for simply towing your vehicle therefore you being killed for this is not valid.
