Request Reason: I was towing the omni that was illegally parked in the street, as I started to drive away a different Orange Omni stops me then Rick Rock placed me in FearRP and demands for his friends car back. I told him, "I can't there is a presidential Law." that prevents him to do what he did, but minutes later down the road I was held at gun point again, but they stated that they want to "kidnap me." Honestly the moderator na13andre should've known that he and his friends were violating a server rule.
(1- You may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for towing or impounding you, your friend's or organization/party member's vehicle. In addition, you may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for previously towing or impounding you, your friend's or organization/party member's vehicle.
2. THIS RULE IN FEARRP NEEDS TO BE CORRECTLY UNDERSTOOD When under FearRP you must obey orders given to you as long as they are within server rules. Which mean you can aim at me and say your commands, but if you fire upon me you would violate the "you may not harm a Tow Truck Driver" PLUS rp is a 2 way street so rp it out like a normal human as in the fearrp rules this states "You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, such as when you are being held at gunpoint. This part is important --> Roleplay should reflect on how you would approach a similar situation in real-life.".)

\/ There were down the street by the impound lot location for the second time being held at gun point, then they chose to say kidnapping, but they still gotten the car back even after killing me.
