really this server its pretty but for support is so bad

Unban Reason: other time 1 day for autoban disconnected when police wasted my time without real motivation, now 1 month for asking where is NPC for refound? 4500 ticket from police ( for incident with my car vs police car + handcuff and waste other 5 minute)? 4500 ticket without valid reason, asking where is NPC for refound 1 months wtf?!
im play sometimes and stay this server 3+ years and ban 1 months without valid motivation?

OMG is see now: Thegamingshain banned me, for reason; non english, wtf? im edit my steam ID e banning staff member, but i prefer to talk no with lowers but wit higher support or founder please.

Your ban will remain in place, until you are able to speak english properly. Not only is our staff team having a very hard time to understand the reports you make in game, ban appeals, etc, but it also interferes with other player's experience in game.
