As the video provides more than enough evidence here, @Skante Warrior does not need to respond.

After a thorough review of this report, I have made the following observations:

SUMMARY

30:24-31:00
@Skante Warrior and others can be seen ramming into the tow truck telling @JohnConner235 to shut up with no interaction before hand.

31:25-31:50
@Skante Warrior and others can be seen driving on the wrong side of the road and ramming into the tow truck for seemingly no reason

33:18-34:15
@JohnConner235 can be seen driving towards active shots being fired, despite having no way to defend himself. @Skante Warrior asks @JohnConner235 to leave the scene, then proceeds to shoot him as he is leaving.

VERDICTS

As a result of the above observations, I have issued the following verdicts:

@Skante Warrior had no right to be driving their vehicle in the way that they were driving it. It was reckless, endangering the public, and they had no valid in character reasoning for it.

@JohnConner235 ran into an active shootout even though they had no way of defending themselves. It would be different if they were armed, but all they had to stop the shootout was a tazer, which they can not make use of during an active shootout.

CONCLUSION

Due to the above verdicts, the following has/will occurred:

@Skante Warrior has received a warning point for attempted RDM and will be receiving a 3d vehicle blacklist once their current ban expires.
@JohnConner235 has received a verbal warning for FTVL.
