This is really annoying that he feels that he can get away with running over civilians in shootouts as a EMS Director? I would just like to see something done as it seems I am
not the only one that has ran into this problem with this individual.

He seems to have a history of this in the past and yet he doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes. He has a very extensive history when it comes to this particular rulebreak as it seems this is now a whopping four times he has repeated the same rulebreak.

This sit was already handled by @StewartJames on all aspects. Basically you fired on my car I witnessed you killing a cop there is a big open road which would give you ample opportunity to kill me so my safest option was trying to murder you with my car

Regardless of the crossfire, you were assisting with police matters as an EMS which is not allowed, you involved yourself to the situation so the "Hurr durr crossfire" argument does not matter, you had ample time to flee the situation and I was in no way attempting to kill you actively so you intentionally put yourself into harms way and used it as an excuse to VDM. Im noticing a reoccurring trend as you seem to use the same excuse in the past player reports as well.

You have a blatant disregard for RP in general and it seems you only join EMS Director in general to get access to the charger and immediately seek out shootouts to involve yourself in and run over people who would not look or shoot at you because you're an EMS. This is pure exploitation of a job and it is nothing short of insane that you believe it is okay considering EMS is supposed to arrive to a shootout after it has occured. Not during and pretending to be a vehicular rambo running over groups of people.

This is my last reply as it seems that talking to you is going nowhere, you're an EMS you don't respond to police calls and I shouldn't have to explain it to you why. You weren't positioning your car, you were patrolling waiting for a shootout to start so you can immediately run anyone involved that isn't a cop over. I don't know why you're participating in a traffic stop which is Fail RP in the first place. What you did following is nothing short of VDM.

I wholeheartedly agree with you here but this extends beyond FTVL as it also ties in the Fail RP and VDM rulebreaks as well. I asked if I could make a player report regarding the fail rp and you said it would be okay. We very much did handle the FTVL portion so it would fall under double jeopardy. As you stated Im pushing separately for a different rulebreak.

If I was working and I was getting shot up and I had the opportunity to protect myself by running you over then you are going to get steam rolled.

This report has no real basis. Yes, he could have left but there is no rule that says you can't protect yourself if you are being shot at.

With that being said, you guys are making claims in the reports but I do not see any evidence.

For future reference, try not to cherry pick your footage.
