Evidence: I have absolutley none, because even though I have aspergers, I am not autistic enough to take fifty screenshots a day of my bank!

Your refund request is lacking evidence. Not even a screenshot of your bank now. Perhaps you can find anything (a screenshot or a video) regarding the bank you had before and the one you have now. Also please refrain from using insults as you are meant to act professional. I wil give you time to edit this post or I will deny it.
