What happened: i was in the bank raiding when one of the cabinets glitched and so i called staff arroyo and he came as u see in the video after this i didnt know if he left or not so i assumed he was spectating, after that i also saw what i think was him in the door opening so i contined picking them up and then i was tazed.......

I can not refund you because you assumed I was spectating you. In your own video, I told you that there was nothing I can do and you continued roleplay. There is no glitch involved and it was not rda since you were actively robbing a bank. Sorry for the inconveniance.
