Refund for my car

What happened: I just want a refund for my car because it's absolutely undrivable I put the first speed upgrade on it. and all I did was increase the acceleration not the top speed. if I try to take a turn at 30MPH it just does a 120 degree turn. So not good for running from feds

What do you need refunded: so for the price that I bought it for which is 79k plus the first speed upgrade which is 35k

I bought the first speed upgrade but when I went back to the mechanic it said that it's not bought but it is because it says it's bought so I don't know how I can technically prove that

You have to double click on the upgrade that you bought and it will ask you if you want to sell it. Click yes and it will refund you.
