What happened: I lost a scar by dying in a raid , then got revived and my friend broke me out of jail , some other stuff was in the locker but the Scar-H was not , @Dipski has a screenshot of me having it and told me he would respond to the refund reqeust

I responded to a report about being unable to retrieve a weapon from the evidence locker. As you can see from logs he equips the Scar-H gets arrested and his illegal items get confiscated.
