What happened: It appears I lost my general level

What and/or how much do you need refunded: 10 general levels

Well I was level 10. I recorded this video a few days ago for possible evidence and this is all I got. I hope its enough for yall to trust that I was level 10. It took me some time to get there and I really wanted to try out some new jobs :/. Thanks

Edit: I'm level 9 already, but I would still like the additional 10 levels compensated.

I do not believe we will be able to refund you a full 10 levels as the caps obviously increase, I do believe 6 or 7 levels are reasonable.

I've attempted to get refunded 3 different times now with founders on and no one has done it. If I could get the time frame extended I'd appreciate it.

Edit: 6/26 I've again tried the last few days with founders and head server admins and still nothing. Just closes the report.
