I was on the server before and after the crash, I don't have any evidence besides him telling me that he had lost these items, I had hoped he had some screenshots or something, but as the server crashed I have no evidence to support that he actually lost these items besides maybe the correlation with the other refund requests after this crash. @Bryan1504
