What happened: Monday, October 8th 11:50PM Server crash

What do you need refunded: Factory crusher (I just lost another one the day prior still pending for a refund) Factory Smelter, Factory conveyor, factory storage.. I lost everything this crash
Evidence: Thankfully after talking to maj he told me to take screen shots of my stuff so glad I did.

I can confirm, he made a report after the server re-opened. Logs show him deploying a factory furnace, storage box, crusher and conveyor not long before the crash.
