I apologize, i was unable to deploy the tent, therefore i still have it.

Reason: Your refund request does not meet the guidelines set within our refund request guidelines page. A refund will not be issued for items below the total value of $2,500 with certain exceptions. Due to both the tent and the rent not being an eligible items to be refunded, the total value of your goods would be around $1.4k which is below the minimum value. In regards to the rent, you cannot refund for a rent payment as you were going to eventually have to pay it regardless of the crash or not, due to it not being an item you own, just an amount you needed to pay for using that property.
