Date and time of loss: The entirety of April 4th.
What happened: It's my second day on the server. Day one was really figuring out how to play here. Day two, I got ground under me and started making real progress. The server's hit some sort of snafu, and -all- of the stuff I did is undone. Below is a list of the items affected by the rollback which I'd like refunded in order of importance to me.

What do you need refunded:
1. I bought Premium, but my account no longer has premium privileges, and I would like that rectified.
2. I SOLD a premium account to STEAM_0:1:98342274 (("Javichu")) . I have transaction logs to prove that I paid for it, and I can provide a screencap of the person in question. It was a transaction for $100,000 of in game currency, and I would like for that to be restored.
3. I earned level 18, in general experience, as well as level 17 in Gardening, at -least- level 15 in Mining, and 9 levels in Fire Fighting. I don't have screencaps to show the state of all of my levels, as I am so new, and I honestly hadn't gotten into the practice of it yet, but I will be doing my best to take screencaps of important information in the future.
4. No items, equipment, or weapons need be restored. I can re-purchase my car, and weapons, once my money is restored.

Evidence:

I don't feel comfortable posting transaction records on a public forum, but I can provide them in private on request.

I have a screenshot of the individual whom I bought premium for, but not the transaction in question. You -may- be able to check the logs of 08:49 AM (According to the chat log in the screencap). I can provide the screen cap in private, but apparently the file is too large to be posted here.

The rest is largely claimed based on my recollection, and thus would be taken at my word. I understand that is not evidence, but I am hoping that I can gain the benefit of the doubt.

Denied. As stated in the announcements on discord we wont refund anyone as our senior administration team doesnt have the capability to refund everyone.

For premium issues, contact Gurrazor.
