Refund request for 69k due to hospital bills

Right after server restart and through the day that change was made. (I think either yesterday or the day before)

What happened: lost one shot of 25K followed by another 25k then later on I logged back on to see if it was fixed died again and lost 19K.

What do you need refunded: 69K
Evidence: I had asked an admin (@Predictable, I think his name was) about it being in the logs and they responded with yes it was as long as I make a report I should get it refunded.

Those are done by Senior Administrators, and we've got less of those than admins, so yeah - right now there's a bit of waiting time
