What happened: I bought a $30,000 street engine under the impression that It would make my jeep wrangler that only goes 60 mph faster, but after I upgraded the engine the car can only go 40 mph max. I think that there was no way for me to know that a $30,000 'upgrade' wouldn't help the car, therefore I'm asking for a refund of all $30,000. Please consider this because I am know poor, and have a slower car.
