Refund request for engine upgrade

Date and time of loss: About 10 days ago.
What happened: I purchased the 60,000$ engine upgrade for my Porsche 911 GT3. It totally screwed it up and makes it feel like I'm driving on an ice rink. In addition, when I accelerate in a straight line, when I hit 40mph the car veers to the left or right every time, and spins out of control, without me doing anything except holding the W key. The car is totall undrivable, and this needs to be fixed.

How much do you need refunded: 60,000$
Evidence: I can provide a video of my car driving all crazy, but I don't have screenshots or video of me purchasing the upgrade, but I think you guys can look that up in the logs right?

Oh and in addition I also accidentally bought a custom liscense plate around the same time but forgot to type it in before purchasing it. I thought you bought it first and then typed in your custom liscense plate thing. I lost 20k because of that. Could I get a refund for that as well?
