Refund Request: Glitch that has been reported

Date and time of loss: 2/25/2019 1:00 est
What happened: I robbed the bank and took 2 large stacks of cash (as seen in screenshot 2) and made it as close to the drop off as possible. The drop off was 24 ft away (screen 2) I checked the other layer and it was over 100 ft away so I returned and prior even had Melody investigate, there is nothing on the other side of that boundary.

What do you need refunded: 6,125 x 2

Confirmed, this is a bug and I reported it to higher ups. He drove around for a good 15 minutes looking for the drop site and no one followed him/looked for him so had it been working he would have had the money no problem.
