What happened: In an Attempt to obtain a "Careers Drivers license" i took the regulation test on the NPC inside the city hall building. I took the test four times with correct answers to my knowledge at least. It kept giving me a command prompts and saying too many incorrect answers. I got charged for all four times i took the test but did not receive my drivers license and lost a total of $6000 and being new to the server, that is a lot of money to me.
