What happened: Get on after update, all player levels gone. (I had around 50+)

How much do you need refunded: 41 levels (Last screenshot of my levels was 41, not the 50+ I had)

edit: I've gotten my level up to level 27, will the levels I have currently go away if I get my 41 levels?
