Refund request on cop rdming

Date and time of loss: about 30 minutes ago
What happened: So a guy was giving a ticket to my friend i told him hands up and he didnt so i killed him and then a shoootout happened and i got downed, a cop came up and i was downed he shot me in the head to finish me

What do you need refunded: Scar-h, kevlar and helmet, 1 lockpick, 1 ziptie, and 500$ from dying and paying med bills

The only thing I can confirm lost is the Scar, you also did not lose money from medical bills because I revived you. His friend was revived by EMS and he did not get the chance to due to being finished and therefore didn't get a chance to raid PD, however this is a "could have gotten item back" sort of situation and not a "definitely would have gotten item back". We don't know if the PD raid would have been successful or not.

A situation like this isn't necessarily a rule-break in all cases, sometimes an accident that can be dealt with in RP. Additionally, the items that you COULD have gotten will not be refunded because that is not how the guidelines work, not mentioning other things factoring into this such as medical accidents, not being stabilized, etc. In the future if something like this was confirmed to be done intentionally, ask to raid PD to get the "items back" and make it out, then a refund request could be in the question.
