What happened: so basically I made a refund request, and some things were given but something were not. I am missing my bars. Also I was supposed to get level in crafting, but I got them in cooking. So I would like the crafting levels

What do you need refunded: 4 stacks of bars (coal), 5 stacks of bars (iron), 4 stacks of bars (silver), 23 crafting levels.
