What happened: Was VDMed by an ambulance

What do you need refunded: Normal kevlar, SCAR-H, mini fridge, 20 green and purple chemicals

Can confirm he was killed by the ambulance.
Upon further investigation in the logs, it looks like KBsmoke was killed another player a little bit sooner and had a SCAR-H and Kevlar taken from him. I do not see him withdrawing another SCAR-H afterwards/before getting killed by the ambulance. Will need further review.
