What happened: I left the server and when i came back none of my cloths that I own when you spawn in where equipped so I decided to go to the clothing store and every piece of clothing I have ever bought where no longer owned i have video proof of what I used to own and no longer have plus when I dc i had a scar and Kevlar and helmet when i got back that was also missing I think this is some type of glitch.

What do you need refunded: white balaclava snow goggles white scarf and pink scarf and head phones. scar Kevlar and helmet
Evidence https://gyazo.com/cf645abe05d2a6cbe0c3c89887f01e76 just some random from a video that I owned these cloths before they disappeared I don't have a recent clip but I have also lost a pink scarf and headphones but if you need evidence for that just don't refund those no biggy @Chef chef told me to make a refund request for the cloths @MelodyRain I talk to melody about my scar and Kevlar and helmet but I do not have proof that I randomly lost that plus melody cant confirm in the logs that I lost those items

This is weird, as I never have heard of players clothes not working or disappearing. At most I have heard there are times where peoples clothes didn't work, but then it worked for them again.

Did you try going to the Cosmetic Store after a bit and seeing if it was there? I would need screenshots of the clothing store telling you that these clothes in the screenshot are not owned by you.

@Chef and @MelodyRain would need to post here as well with their sides.

Can confirm I had the talk about the clothes not working but for the lost guns I had no part of

I was told that he logged off and 5 minutes later after relogging his illegal items were gone.

Can you post a screenshot with a timestamp showing these clothing items are still missing? And have you checked again to see if they're available.
