What happened: Got vdmed by swat but it was a accident. He was parked on the side walk and i was trying to jump in the back and i don't think he knew that i was trying to get in. After i died and had a sit with Tristan he checked the logs and told me that a player minge grabbed my 1911 and kev with helm and died to a cop and that cop confiscated the gun and destroyed it.

What do you need refunded: 1x 1911, and 1x Kevlar with Helmet.

This situation should have been handled in character: the person who was driving the vehicle did not notice you were behind it and started to drive which lead to your death. Technically you are also at fault as you were literally behind the car trying to get in...

They should have called EMS and dealt with it from that point. After you were ran over,a player looted your corpse. This is not mingegrab (the 60 second timer only applies for gunfights). Please check our rules!
