What happened: I joined server and attempted to pull things out of monomarket. it let me cancel the order but not withdraw them. after some tiem of waiting i relogged to see if that would help and the items had dissapeared

I can confirm this. It has to do with the current mono-market bug that's going on where items are being unresponsive when transferred in and out of it. He marketed them> tried to take them back> that didn't work> he rejoins> then they're gone from the market/bank/inventory.

I told him in-game that sometimes the items will re-appear in his inventory/bank/mono-market after a while with the current bug, however he had lost these items and I watched video from his side and helped him in-game while it was happening.

Update: I spoke with them in-game again today and they still did not have the items returned to them, even though the mono-market and everything else is fixed now.
