Date and time of loss: around 5:30pm PDT
What happened: I was refunded my items from the bank because my other refund request was accepted. Once i retrieved them the server restated a little later. I checked my bank so i could do LSD and everything i just got back was gone.

Sorry again for the unfortunate trouble you've had with these refund requests. @Beaux Made this same refund request already and had it accepted, however then he did not receive all the items to be refunded. He let the handling staff know and they added the rest of the items he needed. However upon accepting them the server crashed and wiped them.. I will show screenshots of the logs that show the items disappearing and there being no longs after it that indicate any interaction with them. I then checked their bank/inventory and they are not in there either. If you need image verification of his inventory contents & logs following the server crash message me on Discord and I'll send you it. I already sent the images to Kent.
