The link you have provided does not take me to any evidence. If I recall, there was an active situation involving a shootout at the mines anyways, and having your gun out as you run out of the mines does make you look highly suspicious. Forgetting to unequip your weapon can lead to painful consequences, had you not attempted to drive away maybe things could have played out differently as well. If you can provide actual working evidence to reflect upon, this could be discussed. But considering there is none and the situation could have been prevented from the start, denied.
