In the last 30 minutes.
Server crash led to the loss of 29 gold bars I was marketing. As well as 13 shelves that were holding them up.

I would like the gold bars to be refunded: x29 Gold Bars.

Is there any more evidence that you can show us? This only shows a screenshot with no timestamps. A video would be helpful!

I searched of course. As I was not recording then, I have no videos current enough to provide evidence before and after the server crash.

Unfortunately, I would have to deny this refund request due to the lack of evidence.
