What happened: I purchased a house deed for Outskirts #4 very early this morning and went to bed. I finally got up here to start doing stuff with my home and it wont spawn any outlets, no matter what I do. I spent $135,000 on the property and would like it back so i may buy a home that will spawn the outlets for me... We all know why the outlets are important

Yes, I can confirm that I tried to rent it myself and so did he, and the outlets would not show up. This is probably something that can be fixed with other methods or just by simply adding them.

I would be perfectly fine with them just being added. I dont have buyers remorse. Just the outlets. Thats all.

I will issue a partial refund for the property as it is a logged bug, that house not having outlets. As you will still be earning passive income from it, I will estimate what that will be in a months time and subtract it from your refund.
