What happened: Was trying to rent a property and it just deducted the money from me without renting the property, I tried it a few times before reporting this to staff.

What do you need refunded: My money ($3k?? Not sure what the exact amount was)

I informed this individual to make this refund request, as the report about his losing money was made before the server-wide alert not to rent the properties. Announcements at this time said to make refund requests if you were affected by it before the announcements.

I could not find a record of the amount lost in logs, but stress the point that he made a report reporting the bug before the server was alerted to the issue.

We do not refund little things, this includes 1-10 levels or anything below the value $2,500. The judging Senior Administrator or above will decide how much your stuff is worth. This rule does not apply when it is due to a rulebreak (see rule #2).
